I can not believe the customer service. I requested a instant quote online and two minutes later my phone rings. To my amazement Brian is delivering transmissions to Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas where I live. Within ten minutes he at my doorstep. He takes the time to perform a thorough test drive of my Jeep and confirms my suspicion of my converter locking up. The customer service will blow you away. How can I shop anywhere else. Thanks! It appears you are no stranger to the inside of a New Process, I'm no stranger to something new; but it sure helps to get the jump on the problem.
